We Started This Company Because We Kept Meeting Business Owners Who Had Given Up on IT Support

IT Connect 360 is a veteran-owned managed IT and cybersecurity company. We were founded in San Diego, California in 2021, and we now operate a second office in McKinney, Texas, serving businesses across Collin County and the greater Dallas Fort Worth area.

Why We Started

After more than a decade in this industry, we knew exactly what we did not want to build.

Our founders spent over ten years inside the managed IT services industry before starting IT Connect 360. That gave them a close view of how the business usually runs, including the parts clients never see.

They saw providers that measured success by ticket volume instead of whether the problem stopped coming back. Providers that kept network documentation to themselves, because a client who cannot leave does not have to be impressed. Providers where the answer to a plain question was a wall of acronyms.

None of that is malicious. Most of it is just what happens when a company optimizes for its own convenience instead of the client’s.

So in 2021 we started over, in San Diego, with a different starting question: what would an IT company look like if it were built around how fast and how clearly it answers?
